What it replaces

Filter pots. Bag housings. Cartridge skids. Anything with a consumable inside it and a man in a truck scheduled to change it.

The 98 Series was built specifically for produced water — not adapted from a clean-service design and sold into the oilfield. The screen is permanent, the cleaning is automatic, and the flow doesn't stop for either.

How it works

01 CAPTURE

Fluid enters through a 10" CL150 inlet and passes through a reinforced wedge-wire screen. Solids are held on the screen face while pressure drop stays low enough for extended run times.

02 CLEAN

As the screen loads, differential pressure rises. At your setpoint, brushes sweep the screen face mechanically — no backwash, no flow reversal, no interruption. You can also run on a fixed interval with dP as the fallback trigger.

03 PURGE

Captured solids leave through a double-isolated purge line to a separate tank. Purge timing and duration are set on the touchscreen and adjustable remotely.

A 7" touchscreen at the skid, and secure cellular VPN from wherever you are. Electric actuators on every valve mean there's nothing to turn by hand and no instrument air to run.

Every internal surface of the 98 Series is 316L stainless steel lined with Seaguard® 5000 HS, a two-component, high-solids, polyamine-cured epoxy. It has been the general-purpose primer of choice for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard for more than fifteen years.
